XRshop reserves the right to ship orders by the most appropriate means of transport at all times, taking into account destination, volume, kilos, carrier response or availability.
Shipping costs are not included and are at the customer's expense. The shipping costs of products are located in the following range:- Peninsular Spain, Portugal and Andorra: from 0 to 6.9 € for orders up to 100 €. On orders over 100 € free shipping.
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Autonomous Cities: Shipping costs will be provided according to distance and weight in the shopping cart on the web.
Shipments to Spain and Europe:
The prices shown do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in the currency selected. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown do not include shipping costs. Once you add the product to the cart and specify the shipping address, you will be able to see the exact shipping price, as well as the agency in charge of the delivery.
- Delivery times to mainland Spain are 24/48 hours if the order is placed before 16.00 hours on working days.
- Delivery times for the Balearic Islands are 3 to 5 working days.
- Delivery times for the Canary Islands are 4 to 6 working days.
- Delivery times for Ceuta and Melilla are 4 to 6 working days.
- Delivery times for Europe are 2 to 4 working days.
With few exceptions, they are not delivered on weekends.
However, delivery delays may occur due to carrier incidents, so if any unexpected delay occurs, you can contact the shipping agency we have assigned to your order (a tracking code will be sent to you when your order is completed), by phone +34 873 400 917 or e-mail clients@xrshop.store.
For domestic and European shipments, we work with MRW, DHL and UPS.
If you want your order to be shipped with a specific shipping agency you can select it when you checkout. If you want your order to be shipped with a different agency, you can tell us about it in the order notes or you can contact us to offer you alternatives, our team will assign you an economic and fast alternative.
If the transport company has come to deliver your order and you were absent, you can contact us or the transport agency. Remember that each transport agency has its own policies and uses.
VAT for the Canary Islands
XRshop ships to the Canary Islands. If you place an order from the Canary Islands, the amount of the order will appear with the VAT of 21% and this will be credited to you later at the time of purchase. However, you may have to pay local taxes at the time the product clears customs.
International Shipping:

The transport company will provide you with alternative deliveries if on the day and time of unloading you are not at the location you provided us, likewise in the case of attempting an unloading, the transport agency will contact you to specify a new date and time of delivery. Remember that each transportation agency has its own policies and uses.
Customs clearance
All international orders placed with XRshop will pass through your country's import customs, where you will be responsible for paying any customs fees and/or local taxes and duties. In case it is necessary to pay taxes in advance, DHL Express or UPS will contact you to tell you all the steps.
