Shipping policy and costs

Invelon Technologies reserves the right to send orders by the most appropriate means of transport at all times, taking into account destination, volume, kilos, response from the carrier or availability.

Shipping costs are not included and are paid by the customer. Product shipping costs are in the following range:

  1. Peninsula: from €0 to €6.9 in shipments of up to 5 kgs increasing €0.75 per additional kilo.
  2. Canary Islands: from €0 to €40 in shipments of up to 5 kgs increasing €12 per additional kilo.
  3. Balearic Islands: from €0 to €23 in shipments of up to 5 kgs increasing €4 per additional kilo.
  4. Other locations: the tool will provide shipping costs based on distance and weight.

Shipments to Spain and Europe:

The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices indicated do not include shipping costs.

  • Delivery times to mainland Spain are 24 hours if the order is placed before 16.00 hours on working days.
  • Delivery times for the Balearic Islands are 3 to 5 working days after dispatch of the goods.
  • Delivery times for the Canary Islands are 4 to 6 working days after dispatch of the goods.
  • Delivery times for Ceuta and Melilla are 4 to 6 working days after dispatch of the goods.
  • Delivery times for Europe are 2 to 3 working days after dispatch of the goods.

With few exceptions, they are not delivered on weekends.

However, delivery delays may occur due to carrier incidents, so if an unexpected delay occurs, you can contact the transport agency that we have assigned to your order (a tracking code will be sent to you. When your order is completed), by phone +34 873 400 917 or by e-mail info@invelon.com.

For national and European deliveries, we work with MRW, SEUR and DHL.

If you want your order to be sent with a specific transport agency, you can select it at checkout. If you want your order to go out with a different agency, you can tell us in the order notes, or you can contact us to offer you alternatives, our team will be in charge of assigning you a cheap and fast alternative.

If the transport company has come to deliver your order, and you were absent, you can contact us, or the transport agency. Remember that each transportation agency has its own policies and uses.

If you use Correos España, and you are not at your home when they come to make the delivery, they will leave a notification of having passed, with which you can go to your post office to withdraw the order.

International shipments:

  • Delivery times to Latin America are 5 to 6 working days after dispatch of the goods.
  • Delivery times for North America are 3 to 4 working days after dispatch of the goods.
  • Delivery times for Asia and Africa are 3 to 5 working days after dispatch of the goods.
  • Delivery times for Oceania are 5 to 7 working days after dispatch of the goods.

For international shipments, we work exclusively with DHL Express.

The transport company will provide you with alternative deliveries if on the day and time of unloading you are not at the location you provided us with, likewise in the case of attempting an unloading, the transport agency will contact you to specify a new date and time of delivery. Remember that each transport agency has its own policies and uses.

Customs clearance:

All international orders placed with XRshop will be cleared through your country's import customs, where you will be responsible for paying any customs fees and/or local taxes and duties. In the event that it is necessary to pay taxes in advance, DHL Express will contact you to inform you of all the steps involved.
